We’ll assess key areas of your body, including:

- Thoracic Mobility: Important for maintaining proper posture and preventing stiffness and pain in the upper back, neck, and shoulders.
- Hamstring Flexibility: Key for preventing injuries and enhancing overall movement, allowing for a greater range of motion in the hips and knees.
